Construction profiles within 40 Series are structured on a cross section of 40 x 40 mm and its multiples. Typically employed for lighter machine frames, guarding, assembly workstations, exhibit construction, and work platforms.

Selecting the appropriate profile is contingent on its intended application, meeting the required load capacity, and adhering to design specifications.
The profile comes with a 10 mm slot width and a 12 mm slot depth, specifically crafted for compatibility with DIN M8 screws. Nevertheless, M4, M5, and M6 screws can also be utilised. The profile’s drill channels are engineered for threading and accommodating the insertion of a threaded insert or HELICOIL.
The product range of 40 Series is further complemented by telescopic profiles, cover profiles, and profiles with an additional slot for attaching panelling. Additionally, certain profile cross sections are available as curved profiles, adding versatility to the Series 40 line up.
