See here a Versamove workpiece pallet transfer system for handling customers pallets. The conveyor is integrated into a laser enclosure where the customer is going to be undertaking a laser process on the products located on the pallet.
The enclosure has 2 small rise & fall doors at the infeed & outfeed end to allow pallets to enter the enclosure and then be sealed off.
The enclosure is constructed using the mk 40 series profile with powder coated steel panels and an mk ZRF-P 2010 timing belt conveyor.
